These terms govern your use of PackList. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PackList.

The service

PackList provides AI-assisted trip planning, personalized pack lists, gear tracking, and related outdoor information. Features are provided on an “as is” basis and may change over time.

Accounts

You may use PackList as a guest or by signing in with Google. Guest data is temporary. When you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not enter other people’s personal or sensitive information.
• Do not use the service to violate any applicable law.

Plans & payments

PackList offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases are non-recurring. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout.

Outdoor safety & AI disclaimer

PackList’s recommendations, including AI-generated pack lists and assistant responses, are for general guidance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Weather, trail, fire, and park information can change rapidly. You are responsible for your own safety and for verifying conditions, regulations, and requirements with official sources before any trip. PackList is not a substitute for professional or emergency advice.

Intellectual property

PackList and its content, branding, and software are owned by PackList and its licensors. You retain ownership of the trip and gear content you enter.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated. You may stop using PackList at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
